Emma Marrone allo show di Costanzo: “Vorrei un compagno ed un figlio”
After Maria De Filippi, it’s Emma Marrone’s turn to sit in Maurizio Costanzo’s living room. The singer is moved when she sees images of her life, from the success of “Amici” to her illness, from lost loves to the desire for a partner.
Emma Marrone says she has taken many blows in her life but the biggest one was the discovery of ovarian cancer. A tour abandoned for emergency visits from Salento to Rome. The singer is fine now but says that every time she has to have a check-up the anxiety devastates her. Love stories for her have always been difficult, after Stefano’s betrayal with the dancer Giulia Pauselli, then the marriage to the beautiful Belen and then the end of the story with the actor Marco Bocci. She no longer has a relationship with the Neapolitan dancer, with Laura Chiatti (now Marco Bocci’s current partner) she has a good relationship, the children of her ex-partner call her aunt. Costanzo asks her if Stefano was a disappointment for her but the singer prefers not to answer.
Now Emma lives alone and would love to have a partner, a man to share the evening with after a day at work. She also tells Maurizio Costanzo that she has a strong desire to be a mother, imagining that a child could call her mother excites her. Marriage, on the other hand, scares her, the idea of promising in front of God or the municipality would make her mad under pressure.
She is not interested in gossip, she would prefer people to talk about her songs rather than flirting. She respects the work of journalists and photographers but would prefer her private life to remain hidden. Finally, she remembers with tears one of the Italian artists, Pino Daniele, the singer who immediately believed in her and appreciated her voice.
